This session also celebrate successes in re-shoring production and explore what else manufacturers can do to remain competitive.
  • Making change management value add: Integrating change management practices into business excellence programs 
    Paige Sefton, Senior Manager Global Pharmaceutical Operations, Business Learning Solutions, Abbott Laboratories examines advocates the need for incorporating change management tools to help staff understand their roles and responsibilities and ensure their success as the “people piece” of a project to help overcome resistance to the changes which inevitably comes with business excellence initiatives.
