Skanska divest logistics property in Gothenburg for SEK 305 M

Skanska has divested a logistics property in Gothenburg. The selling
price is SEK 305 M and the capital gain for Skanska is SEK 79 M. The
buyer is Wilfast Förvaltning AB and Norwegian Ness Risan & Partners AS,
jointly with an investment consortium.

The transaction pertains to a logistics property, with cargo terminal
and office premises totaling approximately 20,400 square meters. The
property was completed in 2009 and is fully leased to DHL Freight. The
new owner will take possession of the property in June 2011.

“The divestment is confirmation of demand in the market for logistics
properties and demonstrates that our in-house logistics product with
long-term lease contracts and stable tenants is attractive to property
investors,” says Jonas Karlsson, Transaction Manager for Skanska
Fastigheter Göteborg AB.
