This November 19 to the 21, Duxes will hold the 7th China Off-Highway Vehicle Summit 2014 at the Crowne Plaza Shanghai Noah Square in Shanghai. Delegates are set to include representatives from government institutions, top industry experts and leaders who will come together in an attempt to illuminate and explain the difficult challenges that are facing the industry and to show attendees the way towards the best solution.

Since the second half of 2011, due to the international financial crisis and domestic macroeconomic factors, the Chinese off-road vehicle market’s period of high growth has ended and sales fell sharply in 2012. Moreover, new ecological polices are going to place additional pressure on manufactures as vehicles are going to be required to be greener and more friendly to the environment.

We will invite speakers including government officials from organizations such as the Ministry for Environmental Protection and the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology who will make recent changes in policy clear and explain how they will affect the industry. There will be much attention paid to new emission standards and goals for green development as China’s manufacturing continues to develop and mature.

This summit is part of Duxes’ OHV series which has run since 2008 and has included many successful events. Not only will this be a great opportunity to familiarize oneself with all the important developments in the industry but a valuable chance to network with peers in the industry and make useful business contacts. We at Duxes look forward to seeing you there!
