New, one-day conferences this year in partnership with ZVEI!

In 2020, CWIEME is planning to run a small number of one-day conferences in key regions towards the end of this year to expand on the insights’ series – CWIEME Intelligence & CWIEME Live. The first of these is scheduled to take place on November 19 in Stuttgart, Germany. These offerings complement the already widely adopted CWIEME News, a bi-monthly newsletter featuring the latest industry news, top stories, company and executive updates and product launches from across the global supply chain. With the new digital insights offer, CWIEME connects and informs the community all year around, online & offline.

Furthermore, the renowned industry association ZVEI, has agreed to partner with CWIEME for the conferences which will provide valuable knowledge and the opportunity to restart connecting face to face with your peers in a safe environment. More details to follow.

New features at CWIEME Berlin 2021!

The industry can expect new features at CWIEME Berlin 2021. One is the exclusive business matchmaking service ‘Meet-the-Engineer’ – for the first time connecting engineers and purchasing managers with relevant suppliers based on product interests. Work has already started on CWIEME Berlin 2021 and the organisers are committed to continue to provide the leading global platform for the community to connect, learn, network and – most importantly – do business.

"As a result of the Covid-19 pandemic, our 25th anniversary edition of CWIEME Berlin will not happen as originally planned in 2020 and the event will now take place on May 18-20, 2021. It has become clear in recent weeks that the challenges we face in running an event of the size and standard expected of CWIEME Berlin would be significant," said Nick Davison, CWIEME Portfolio Director. “We are committed to continue to provide the leading global platform for our community to connect, learn, network and do business. Therefore, in addition to our new, digital intelligence offer, work has already started on new initiatives for CWIEME Berlin 2021.”
