The agreement brings Victaulic’s design, engineering, and prefabrication expertise closer to Electra M&E Polska’s teams as they turn to grooved mechanical pipe joining to improve certainty on complex industrial projects.
Warsaw, Poland, September 15, 2026 – Victaulic and Electra M&E Polska are expanding a long-standing relationship to help accelerate the delivery of complex piping systems across Europe through grooved solutions.
The agreement formalises closer collaboration between the two companies, with Electra M&E Polska, part of Electra LTD, working more directly with Victaulic to integrate grooved mechanical pipe joining, Victaulic’s design support, project management services, engineering expertise, and prefabrication opportunities from the earliest stages of project planning.
It reflects a wider shift across the construction industry, where contractors are moving towards grooved mechanical pipe joining as a faster, safer, more predictable, and more schedule-friendly alternative to welding.
For Victaulic, the partnership with a contractor of Electra M&E Polska’s scale evidences how project teams are using grooved solutions, supported by specialist design and prefabrication expertise, to strengthen build certainty, coordination, reduce delivery risk, and gain a competitive advantage.

Engineering collaboration to support growth and project certainty
By creating a clearer route into Victaulic’s technical and commercial expertise during tender preparation, the agreement will help Electra M&E Polska respond to customer requirements with greater confidence from the outset.
Over the years, Electra M&E Polska has successfully delivered complex mechanical and electrical installations for advanced manufacturing facilities, automotive plants, and other mission-critical projects across Poland, Germany, Norway, and other European markets. As the company continues to expand its footprint across Europe, including the Nordic region, it is increasingly leveraging innovative installation technologies that support quality, safety, and predictable project delivery.
Compared with welding, Victaulic’s grooved mechanical pipe joining method helps reduce installation complexity, lowers reliance on specialist welding labour, and eliminates the need for hot works. For contractors managing tight schedules and working under greater labour constraints, grooved systems are becoming an increasingly practical way to improve productivity, reduce site risk, and build in flexibility for future maintenance, modification, and expansion without cutting or replacing pipework.

Supporting the move towards prefabrication
The agreement comes as contractors across Europe look for ways to reduce work on site, improve productivity, and manage project risk more effectively. This aligns with Victaulic’s investments in Polish manufacturing and prefabrication capability.
Victaulic has a long-established manufacturing presence in Poland, where it operates a production plant and foundry employing hundreds of people. In 2024, the company further expanded its Polish operations with the opening of a new prefabrication facility in Drezdenko, increasing its ability to deliver ready-to-install mechanical piping systems closer to customers across the region.
By working more closely together, Victaulic and Electra M&E Polska will be better positioned to evaluate opportunities for prefabrication and off-site assembly earlier in the project lifecycle, helping reduce work on site and improve overall project efficiency.
