Full-servo control implementation on Bossar horizontal form fill and seal machines is the latest state-of-the-art technological development by the Bossar Group. The BC 260 is the new vertical form fill and seal machine designed and manufactured by Bossar. Taking advantage of its experience in vertical machines, this full servo driven continuous motion machine has been designed for high speed and efficient packaging with gentle product handling. The BC 260 features a two axis servo cross seal station, small footprint, an open frame for easier access and maintenance, and quick size changeover. Its modular design allows for easy future conversions and upgrades.
Many different packaging styles can be produced on the BC-260 with a maximum flat bag width of 260 mm. and an output of up to 150 ppm.
The BMS 2.4 is a full servo driven duplex horizontal form fill and seal machine. It will produce pouches for 90 g. of fruit puree in a stand-up pouch of 85 x 130 x (25+25) mm. with choke proof cap insertion. It performs at a speed of 120-130 ppm and is equipped with 2 flowmeters.
